In this role, you will be part of the Retail Media & Partnerships team and will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and expanding the use of our advertising solutions. Responsibilities: Identify, lead and sign local partnerships across the platform with CPGs, brands and retailers across your market to enhance our media business objectives Collaborate with local Category Management teams to unlock the growth of existing partner brands via tailored media proposals, innovative ad solutions, and unique consumer insights in order to secure agreements that drive sales growth and client satisfaction Collaborate closely with regional teams on Retail Media initiatives, leveraging regional expertise and best practices to drive local business growth Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail media partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Develop compelling sales pitches and media presentations tailored to partner objectives, showcasing the unique value of our multi-channel and multi-vertical advertising capabilities Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance (both off-site & on-site fixed & biddable media placements), delivering insights that enhance brand sales performance and media effectiveness Collaborate closely with other internal teams like Promotions & Campaigns, Marketing, Creative etc. to ensure smooth implementation of media solutions and alignment on goals At least 5+ years of experience on the brand or retailer side in an eCommerce-related role, ideally within the FMCG field AdTech, programmatic or PPC experience is a plus Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in the advertising, marketing and media industry Proven experience in partnership development, management and negotiation Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth through partnerships Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making Excellent communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and partners Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail If you are a results-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and innovation, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we would love to hear from you.
