Marketing Lead, Virality at HelloFresh in Berlin. **What you'll do** - Own HelloFresh's global referral and virality programme, defining strategy and roadmap. - Translate business objectives into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. - Design referral experiences by partnering with Product and local markets. - Drive referral performance through experimentation and data-driven decision-making. **What they're looking for** - 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or referrals. - Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with Product and Engineering teams. - Ability to set direction, own KPIs, and define operating models. - Comfortable working at the intersection of marketing, CRM, and product.
