Operational Transformation Manager

Manager Operational Transformation at HelloConnect in Manila. **What you'll do** - Own and manage the end-to-end transformation roadmap and initiative portfolio. - Lead governance forums, steering committees, and track delivery progress and risks. - Define and enforce benefits tracking methodology to monitor financial and operational impact. - Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and communicate transformation progress. **What they're looking for** - Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or Consulting. - Strong project and transformation management skills leading cross-functional initiatives. - Solid knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies including Lean and process improvement. - Ability to influence cross-functional leaders in a matrix environment.
