About the Role Fetch is looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter - Valet Trash to take ownership of recruiting for our growing Valet Trash business. This is a high-volume, fast-moving recruiting role supporting multiple markets across the country. You’ll partner closely with Operations leaders to build strong candidate pipelines, respond quickly to changing hiring needs, support new market launches, and make sure we have the right people in place when and where the business needs them. We’re looking for someone who understands that successful high-volume recruiting requires more than posting a job and waiting for applications. You’ll need to know how to build pipelines, find candidates in challenging markets, identify recruiting barriers, adjust strategy quickly, and keep hiring moving. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys ownership, knows how to operate with urgency, and is comfortable balancing a large, constantly changing workload.
