Job Ref ID: JR0088923 THE JOURNEY  Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, proactively engaging followers, employees, partners, and creators Handle community challenges and negative comments in close collaboration with the PR and Communications teams Support the design and content teams in brainstorming, producing, and publishing social content, including on-camera and behind-the-scenes production days Collect and organize KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest optimizations based on engagement, reach, and trend insights Assist in monitoring paid social campaigns and ad performance, flagging optimization opportunities aligned with organic content Attend shoots to support creative direction and capture social-first content Actively participate in creative meetings and campaign planning, collaborating with design, brand, communications, and regional teams to maintain a coherent narrative Is a sprout pro and knows how to extract the best from the platform.
