Senior Analyst, Sourcing Enablement

We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Sourcing Enablement Team within Supply Chain Enablement & Insights at HelloFresh. In this role, you will partner closely with purchasing leaders, using data analytics, project management, and strategic communication to drive high-impact sourcing initiatives and optimize our tooling and processes. You will … Collaborate with Procurement category leaders to facilitate high-impact sourcing events and manage data analysis for $100M+ in RFP spend. Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Develop, scale, and maintain decision-critical data products and AI tooling to streamline procurement strategy and process management. Execute rapid, ad-hoc spend and cost analytics to identify savings opportunities and support ongoing category initiatives. Represent North American team interests in the global rollout of procurement tools, programs, and process enhancements, leading end-to-end adoption by gathering business requirements (BRDs), establishing audit and approval controls, and driving team compliance through training and enforcement mechanisms.
