Operational Excellence Specialist at Rohlik Group in Prague, Czech Republic. **What you'll do** - Own the design and delivery of a 3–6 month continuous improvement roadmap - Lead adoption of operational best practices through coaching and influence - Track and analyze performance metrics to identify root causes and standardize fixes - Document processes (VSM, process maps) and develop change documentation **What they're looking for** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in operations - Strong leadership, coaching capability and project management experience - Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access - Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites **Details** - Location: Prague, Czech Republic, Remote - Type: FullTime
