About the job: We are looking for an Operations Associate to support day-to-day transport and operational activities. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring operational performance, resolving issues, and ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with established standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of transportation operations, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple operational concerns while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
